Carefully and morally gathered from our own meadow. Flowers and leaves allowed to air dry to assure their quality and freshness.

Solidago, known as Goldenrod, has warm, dry, aromatic energetics with anti-inflammatory, astringent, diuretic, antiseptic, and diaphoretic actions.

Her parts are an ally to those who suffer from itchy/watery eyes and drippy, runny noses associated with allergies. Offers relief for the upper respiratory tract where it relieves inflammation and mucous that is associated with allergies.

Another common use is within the kidneys and urinary tract. Helping the kidneys stay flushed and clear of bacteria, her astringent actions tone tired tissue states, allowing for ease of passage of fluids. (Those same actions that tone and flush out the respiratory system for allergies!)
