Allowed to grow wild in our pastures, and as "weeds" that we cherish rather than pull up. They are 100% clean, with no chemicals, no pesticide sprays, etc....

It has a wide-ranging variety of uses from herbal teas (dietary and medicinal). It's a great anti-viral, anti-fungal, anti-bacterial.... all around "anti" fabulous! And packed with vitamins and minerals.

 I will warn you however, they do not smell as pretty as they look. Don't be put off though, when you open the bag... the tea is rather tasty, but they have a distinctive earthy smell.

Oil infusion for salves.
Soap making

You can add it to pasta dishes, soups, and salads, where it's best used fresh/raw but also can be used dried for cooking. It makes a superb addition to any tea mixture; Goes good with peppermint and lemon balm, or rosemary, and chamomile.

Carefully and morally gathered from our own meadow during spring and summer. Flowers and leaves allowed to air dry to assure their quality and freshness.
